RTL2832/GNU RadioExample

NOTE 1 : To run this script, you need to get RTL device driver installed and the RTL dongle plugged into the PC. For the installation of RTL device driver, refer to this note. I would recommend to try with SDRSharp and make it sure it works before you try this script.

NOTE 2 : I ran this script on Windows 10 using GNURadio v3.8.2.0 (Python 3.9)
