FET vs BJT  

What is the key differences between FET and BJT ? What are Pros and Cons for each type ? When do we need to use FET rather than BJT, in vice versa ?

I have so many questions like this and you might have similar questions.. but there is not much things I can say in my own words on this. So for the time being, I would just rely on some of the discussions and readings listed in Reference section.
